We wanted to provide an update in regards to the current COVID-19 situation. Firstly however I would like to extend my best wishes to you and your family during these difficult times. Please rest assured that we will be doing everything we can to accommodate you and to ensure continuity of service to our maximum capacity.
The Company Wizard is a digital platform, our infrastructure and procedures are easily able to adapt to handle these circumstances. I wanted to take this opportunity to discuss what measures we have put in place during the lockdown period.
We will continue to process all company formations as normal. We are of course dependent on the company Registrar to validate and approve these applications, so far however we have seen minimal delay with new company incorporations.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a "guaranteed same day service" for the time being. Once the Registrar has reintroduced this service we will make it available again.
We will continue to despatch printed certificates of incorporation and articles of association when included as part of your order. Additional orders for statutory registers and seals will continue to be processed. Please note however that we are dependent on Royal Mail service levels and we are expecting slightly longer delivery times.
Registered Office Services
With the UK now in lockdown we will be unable to process mail that has been sent to our High Street Kensington Office. Rest assured that when these measures are lifted we will endeavour to process the backlogs as quickly as possible.
We strongly advise customers in the mean time to keep an eye on their key filing dates. You will find these dates in your Company Wizard control panel or on the Companies House search tool. If you need any assistance with your statutory filings we will be more than happy to assist you.
Again due to the lockdown measure in place and the closure of the UK Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) all apostillations will be placed in a pending state. New applications will be placed in a queue and processed as soon as the relevant government agencies resume service.
These are challenging times, we will be doing everything we can to assist you in these coming weeks. We have now resumed our telephone service and will continue to respond to your emails and support tickets in the usual fashion.
