Finalising your application

You are now ready to finalise the application and forward all the relevant items to Companies House. Please use the checklist below to make sure you have completed all the relevant sections and have prepared the necessary documentation to submit your application to Companies House.

	I have checked that my proposed company name is available.
	I have checked that my proposed company name does not contain any sensitive words that are not supported with additional evidence.
	I have downloaded and completed the bespoke articles of association.
	I have ensured that there is at least one natural director on the IN01 application form.
	I have ensured that there is at least one member and this members name appears on the memorandum of association.
	The member(s) of the company have signed the statement of compliance on form IN01.
	I have included a £40 cheque payable to Companies House.

Once you have completed the above checklist please send your IN01 application form, memorandum and articles of association, and any supplementary documentation to one of the following addresses:
