Form a new Limited Company using Claude
You can now connect to The Company Wizard from Claude and register a new limited company using natural language prompts. The Company Wizard Connector leverages the power of Claude to guide you through the steps needed to incorporate a new UK limited company with Companies House.
From the familiar Claude chat environment you will be able to provide all the required information to form a new company including:
- Proposed company name, including live availability check
- Registered office address, with managed registered office service options
- Share capital information
- Details of your directors, shareholders and PSCs
- SIC codes
- Optional extras, e.g. stationery, certificates, bank account registration etc
