Form a new Limited Company using Claude



You can now connect to The Company Wizard from Claude and register a new limited company using natural language prompts. The Company Wizard Connector leverages the power of Claude to guide you through the steps needed to incorporate a new UK limited company with Companies House.

From the familiar Claude chat environment you will be able to provide all the required information to form a new company including:
  • Proposed company name, including live availability check
  • Registered office address, with managed registered office service options
  • Share capital information
  • Details of your directors, shareholders and PSCs
  • SIC codes
  • Optional extras, e.g. stationery, certificates, bank account registration etc

Before you make a payment you will be redirected to The Company Wizard so that you can review all the information relating to your application in a dedicated preview screen.

Getting Started

To connect to The Company Wizard from Claude, you must first enable The Company Wizard Connector. You can enable a connector by going into your Claude Settings, select Connectors, then Add and Browse connectors.

Then in the search box enter "The Company Wizard".

To get you started, we've put together a few different example prompts that will steer you through the company formation process.

Show me the available company formation packages
Start a new basic application for a company that will be called ACME INTELLIGENCE LTD and guide me on the next steps.
I want the registered office address to be 1 Scarcroft Road, York, YO23 1ND
Now add a director and shareholder called John Smith. Allocate a single £1 share to John. John's date of birth is 5th April 1981 and his residential address is 5 Frogmore Gardens, Leeds, LS1 5RT.
Find one or more SIC codes related to data analytics and apply them to my application
Check the progress of my application and if everything is complete generate a payment link

Check and Complete your Application

Before you complete and submit your application you will have the opportunity to review and confirm the details. If you need to make changes you can either make these within your Claude chat session or via The Company Wizard online application form.

Limitations

At the time of writing The Company Wizard Claude Connector will allow you to prepare applications for limited by shares (for-profit), limited by guarantee (non-profit) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs). The following scenarios are not currently supported.
  • Multiple share classes, e.g. A shares and B shares with different voting rights.
  • Custom Articles of Association - standard model articles will be used; custom articles are not currently supported.
  • Payment on account is not supported (e.g. monthly invoicing). Payments must be made by card or bank transfer.
