Increase the Authorised Share Capital
Important NoticeFrom October the 1st 2009 a company no longer has a set limit imposed on the number of shares it is able to allot or grant options over. Any provisions in the company's articles are superseded by the regulations of the Companies Act 2006. In the interest of consistency it is also possible to authorise a written resolution to remove the previous statement within the company articles.
